She is a part of many social activities in her community and works with institutes and anganwadis suggesting healthy mid day meals to the slum kids.

Pls get the following tests done and once these tests are ready, kindly whats app the convenient time and day to schedule your appointment with her. Her working hours are Mondays to Saturdays 10 am to 7 pm.

These are the blood tests she needs before scheduling an appointment. These tests will need a 10-12 hour fasting.

CBC; ESR; Blood sugar profile- Fasting Blood Sugar, Post Prandial (PP) blood sugar if you are diabetic, Glyco Hb (HbA1c); Lipid Profile; SGOT/AST; SGPT/ALT; Urea; BUN; Creatinine; Uric Acid; Calcium; Thyroid Function Tests- FT3, FT4, TSH; Vitamin B12; Vitamin D Total (25-OH Vitamin D); Urine routine test.

Nutritionist Raksha Chhadva will have to go through your reports and go through your entire history before she can suggest anything. She has cured and healed patients dealing with just weight loss to PCOD to Diabetes to Blood pressure to complex cases of kidney disorders also.

The location is not a barrier. Nutritionist Raksha Chhadva is always available on her WhatsApp and email. In case of any queries or doubts, that’s the best way to reach. She will respond at the earliest. Also we share all food plans via the same.

The human body is capable of losing 2 to 4 kilos a month. This depends on various factors. Nutritionist Raksha Chhadva believes in a holistic approach to correct any imbalances in your body, which would result in weight loss and which is long lasting. She believes that if the underlying problem resulting in weight gain is corrected, your highly capable body will maintain its weight at a desirable level.

Nutritionist Raksha Chhadva also being a Naturopath believes that the body has the capacity to heal itself and hence built on that principle she first focuses on building your immunity. She firmly believes that once the root cause of a sickness has been identified, and natural immunity has increased, the body heals itself. This is her holistic approach to all sicknesses and diseases.

All calls made are only video or voice calls. Please make sure to call at the given appointment time. Please make sure you are punctual to call.

Calls are made to International clients through Skype or WhatsApp calls.

You may discuss your health issues / concerns in depth with her at your first meeting which is not time bound. Generally the first meeting lasts for about 30-45 minutes and she will try and give you a solution at the meeting along with the monthly meal plan. She prefers a monthly follow up. In case you need follow ups weekly or fortnight, kindly let her know when you meet her.

Step 2:-

Once you send her the above details on WhatsApp on 9821230759, along with your suitable timings and days, she will schedule an appointment with you and send you a confirmation message with the time and date.

Step 3:-

The total amount is INR 5000/- for the first month and INR 3540/- from the second month onwards.

Step 4:-

Please send her a WhatsApp message once you make the payment along with a picture of the transaction before your scheduled appointment.

Making the payment a day prior before the scheduled appointment is mandatory. Failure to do that will result in your appointment cancellation by default.

The daily diet plan will be posted a day prior so that you have enough time to prepare and gather the ingredients.

Also Nutritionist Raksha Chhadva will be sending the 21 day ingredient list before the program starts so it’s easier for all her clients to gather the ingredients beforehand.

It is a completely vegetarian diet with at least one recipe on a daily basis. Also you might be introduced to a lot of new and healthy foods throughout the 21 day program.
